Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate control room systems, including computerized equipment, alarms, and surveillance cameras.
• Detect and respond to any abnormalities or emergencies in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to resolve equipment issues and minimize. downtime
• Maintain accurate logs and records of all activities and incidents.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth operations.
• Provide training and support to new personnel as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a control room operator or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
