Customer Service Representative - ASI Company



 Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Accra. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service tasks, and augmenting the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries via phone or email, resolving complaints, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers to enhance loyalty and retention.


Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Support and Customer Experience skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is beneficial
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
