Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of materials, equipment and services for our construction projects.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to support construction projects.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with both local and international vendors, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Collaborate with quality control and project management teams to ensure that procured materials and services meet specified standards.
- Laise with account to make sure all procurement payments are paid on time.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Construction Management, Architecture or related fields
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Experience in local and international purchase
