We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our Human Resources team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, paperwork and benefits enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files and databases.
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes and terminations.
- Provide support for employee inquiries, concerns and conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Assist with HR-related reporting and data analysis.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
