At Jubail Specialist Hospital, we are looking for a dedicated Cash Officer to join our finance team. This pivotal role is integral to achieving our mission of delivering high-quality care while maintaining financial integrity and transparency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and ensure daily cash handover to the Finance Office.
- Record cash transactions in the accounting system and reconcile daily balances with records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for the Finance Director.
- Assist patients with payment inquiries and billing issues, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and assist with audits.
- Work closely with finance and administrative staff to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Participate in financial planning and handle aspects of hospital statistics.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: At least one (2) years post-national service experience in a similar field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
