We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting systems, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and process accounting transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reconcile bank accounts.
- Assist in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and file statutory returns on time.
- Collaborate with the payroll team and support bank account management.
- Contribute to audits and implement cost-saving measures to support team goals.
- Support accounts payable, receivable, and fixed asset management.
- Monitor expenses and align them with budgets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- ACCA/CA (Levels || & III).
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- IFRS knowledge preferred
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office Suite.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
